Brett Evans
Chief Executive Officer
Brett began his career in the construction industry, working with BL Harbert International, and has spent time working in each EMG business over the years in various leadership roles. Brett graduated from Auburn University with a BS in Building Science and received an MBA from the University of South Carolina.
Kyle Evans
Chairman of the Board
In addition to his role at EMG, Kyle also serves as Chief Operating Officer for South Coast, a real estate investment and asset management firm headquartered in Atlanta. Kyle previously spent time working with CF Evans Construction as well as Booz Allen Hamilton, a management consulting firm. He received a BA and MBA from the University of Virginia as well as an MRED from Clemson University.
Elizabeth Coble
Chief Marketing Officer
As Chief Marketing Officer, ‘Liz’ leads the strategic direction of marketing and communications efforts for each of the EMG companies, driving brand growth and market presence. She plays a pivotal role in business development, working alongside senior leadership to enhance visibility, strengthen partnerships, and support the company’s continued long-term success. Liz is an alum of North Carolina State University and has over 11 years of experience overseeing strategy and driving marketing success in the real estate and development space.
William Gully III
Vice President of Human Resources
As Vice President of Human Resources, William Gully III leads the strategy and direction of the people function across each of the EMG companies, building the HR infrastructure needed to support the platform’s continued growth. He plays a key role in organizational design and workforce planning, partnering closely with senior leadership to strengthen culture, scale HR processes, and support integration across the broader platform. William is an alum of William Carey University and the University of Southern Mississippi, and has over 20 years of experience building and scaling HR organizations for high-growth, multi-site companies.
Kali Inabinet
Executive Assistant
Before joining EMG, Kali worked with Santee Building Solutions and CF Evans Construction in multiple roles for five years. Prior to that, she worked fifteen years in Accounting at a local bank. She is a graduate of Erskine College and Orangeburg-Calhoun Technical College.
